About US

A neurodiverse world

At Tula we believe that a society that recognizes and embraces neurodiversity is a healthier society. Like all ecologies in our natural world, diversity is essential to the resilience, and wellbeing of society. Monocrops, monocultures, and singular tracks of thinking are detrimental to the health of these systems. This is why at Tula we encourage and celebrate diverse ways of life, through a full intersectional lens, and with a focus on building a more neuroinclusive work environment.

Our mission is to build more neuroinclusive working environments. We do this in two ways, firstly by building awareness; through neurodiversity training, and awareness. Secondly, leading by example; by bringing amazing neurodiverse consultants into organizations to help them solve their challenges.
